You can indeed, there are 2 ways of doing this. Either add all of the furniture that you require to your cart and checkout as “Quote Request” this wont ask you for any payment information but instead will email your order details to us. We will then reply with a quote, if accepted we will then send a PayPal Payment Request via email.

Alternatively please contact our sales team so we can take down your order details over the phone and then send a paypal request afterwards.

No, we supply to trade only.

That would heavily depend on your business type (Cafe, Restaurant, Bar etc.) and how they will be used. Yes of course, when you are happy with our quotations please let a member of our sales team know that you wish to pay by card and we will send you a link to our payment page where you can pay via credit or debit card.

Orders can be placed online, by email or over the phone. We like to provide all of our customers with a formal quotation before they place their order. To get the ball rolling please send us an email detailing your requirements, or add the items to your basket and checkout as “Quote Request”.

We update our website daily, if not weekly and we make every effort to give you the broadest choice of contract furniture that we possibly can. That said if you can’t find what you are looking for then we would love to hear from you. We have established relationships with some of the worlds largest component manufacturers. Further to this we have an in-house furniture sourcing team that can find practically any furniture that you could possibly be looking for.

Please send an email to [email protected] containing an image of the product that you wish to find, the quantity that you require and also your delivery address. Our sales team will be more than happy to quote you a price.

Warner Contract Furniture operate a UK nationwide delivery service at a fraction of the cost that some other companies charge. Please note that deliveries outside mainland UK may be subject to additional charges and slightly extended delivery times (not usually exceeding a few days).

If you do a price comparison with other commercial furniture suppliers you will find that Warner Contract Furniture are one of the cheapest in the industry, if not the cheapest. For this reason we sometimes find it difficult to absorb the costs associated with delivering your order. That said if you are making a bulk purchase it is always worth calling our sales team, or filling out a quote request first. We always help our customers out wherever possible and we would be happy to offer free delivery when we can.

All orders must be paid for in full before they leave our warehouse, we do not offer credit or furniture leasing. If you would like to reserve stock but are not ready for delivery yet a non refundable deposit of 20% can be paid and the balance 1 week before your required delivery date.

Our standard delivery charge is £60 ex VAT per order, this is to mainland UK only, some areas in Scotland may also cost more, please speak to sales for details. We can often save you money depending on the size of your order and also your location.

The best thing to do is add all of the items that you are looking for to your basket and then checkout as “Quote Request” this not only allows us to provide you with an accurate delivery price, it also gives us the opportunity to check stock and give you a bulk order discount if applicable.

Warner Contract Furniture accept many forms of payment, these include;

BACS – please see bank details on the bottom of our quotations, or contact our sales team and we will email them to you.

Credit / Debit Card – please contact sales and we will send you a link to our secure payment page where you can fill in your details.

Cheque – please make cheques payable to Warner Contracts Ltd. and post to the address on our contact page. Note that goods are only dispatched when funds have cleared which may affect lead times

PayPal – please checkout as “Quote Request” and mention in the notes section that you would like to pay by PayPal. Alternatively feel free to contact our sales office and make your request over the phone

To ensure your new furniture is delivered to you safely and promptly most goods are palletised. Items such as table bases and some chairs are delivered flat packed and will require basic assembly. We subcontract our deliveries to local pallet companies so please ensure that there is adequate help to unload the lorry when it reaches your business.

If you are looking for furniture for your cafe, bar, restaurant or pub then it is likely that you may need it in a rush. Warner Contract Furniture understand this and as such offer a standard delivery time of just 3 – 5 days. We can work quicker if you need us to, an express service is available for the majority of our products which takes just 24 hours.
