FAQs

What is a table top?

It might seem obvious to some, but if you’re new to purchasing commercial furniture, it might be slightly confusing. Typically, table tops are purchased separately to table bases.

These are the horizontal parts of tables that would usually be connected via the table legs. Some materials include metal, wood, laminate and more. They usually come in an array of shapes and sizes, too.

What other products work well with table tops?

If you’re looking for new table tops, chances are you are also on the lookout for other restaurant furniture. Warner Contract Furniture can help by providing a range of furniture including dining tables and restaurant chairs

Browse all of our furniture collections, and if you’re looking to order additional items with your table tops, get in touch with us for a quote.

What’s the best way to clean table tops?

Cleaning your table top effectively really depends on the type of material you opt for. For example, cleaning wood is entirely different from cleaning laminate materials

As such, we’d recommend doing some research on cleaning certain materials for the table tops you are investing in, to make sure you don’t cause any damage. However, most equipment will be readily available to buy from cleaning suppliers or retailers.

To put it simply, contract furniture includes chairs, tables, sofas and other similar items used in commercial settings. Contract or commercial furniture requires more durability since it has much more use than domestic furniture. For example, contract furniture might be used in pubs, cafes and restaurants.

Contract furniture costs vary greatly, but it can often be cheaper than domestic furniture, especially when considering it is built to last longer. Browse our furniture ranges if you’re looking for a guide for how much commercial furniture costs.
